Please make certain back door is locked when leaving the house. The knob should be horizontal and the handle should not move. When you close the door lift the handle up - that sets the lock before you lock - and pull towards you. Then lock the door. Do not force the lock. If the lock doesn’t go all the way just pull the door towards you just a little more. It’s not closed all the way.
