Accepting Deliveries
Groceries
If you would like your groceries delivered before your arrival, our House Manager will be happy to accept them and put them away. Please text the House Manager to make necessary arrangements. You will be required to VENMO her $65 per hour for her time.

About Yummy: They will deliver within thirty minutes. You can place your order directly and pay for your order through the site. It is best to place your order anytime after 11:00 AM. You will receive the House Manager's text # with your gate and door codes. Please DO NOT place an order to try and meet you upon your arrival. They will not drop your groceries off if no one is here to accept them.

Housekeeping
We have a housekeeping staff that will service the house once a week. Even if you are staying less than a week you are required to pay for one cleaning service at $180.00 (the cleaning will take place after your departure). If your visit extends beyond seven days, you will be required to have the housekeepers service the house once a week. The day of the week will be defined prior to your arrival. The housekeeping fee is $180.00 per week. This fee will be added to your rental rate.
